I did the 3-Day this year and despite going on training walks really didn't meet any cool folks until the walk itself. Cleveland isn't the easiest place to meet people. I've found Meetup.com to be a great way to meet some awesome folks. I'm the assistant organizer of the Dining Out group. You should get a sitter and give us a try some time. I'm taking a break this month but will start scheduling stuff again in September. Found your blog through Tim’s blog. He has some nice neighbors but in the Old West End we become family. In his neighborhood everyone says hello, in the OWE they invite you onto their porch for a beer. We became friends because our kids are the same age. It developed from playdates to "girls only" events. They are great people...you have met most of them.
